Information regarding processing of sensitive data GDPR EU 2016/679

We hereby inform you pursuant to European regulation EU GDPR 2016/679 that the personal data provided to Mythos Trading s.r.l. will be processed in electronic and paper form, in compliance with the obligations imposed by law on the part of the Mythos Trading s.r.l. exclusively for the purpose of fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g., civil tax) or in connection with contractual relations arising from the Mythos Trading s.r.l. on behalf or against conferring.

Therefore, we provide the following information about the EU’s 2016/679 art. 13 GDPR.

b) In accordance with Art. 37 the company shall not be required for appointment of a DPO (Data Protection Officer) because it doesn’t operate on a large scale.

c) The processing of personal data is aimed solely and exclusively to:

• execution of the contract

• fulfilment of legal obligations related to execution of the contract (administrative and tax)

• contract management relationships with agents, representatives, contractors

• collaboration and communication to outside professionals for legal obligations

• contractual rights Defense (legal and other)

• internal analysis (statistics and others)

• any other transaction in the complete management of the business relationship including communication and banks

d) The data will be processed in paper form and Informatics and telematics and inserted in the relevant databases that can access those entrusted with the processing of data.

The data will be used only for the management of the business relationship, tax compliance and administration.

The information will also be made by third parties, delegates, who provide specific consulting services and Elaborative and instrumental and still required for contractual and financial and administrative services.

l) Personal data are analysed by any not automated decision-making process.

If the holder wishes to further process your personal data for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, before that further treatment will provide the person concerned with information about such different purposes and any further relevant information.

Log Files
